What does my ticket include?Unlike previous years, your entry ticket this year does not include any food or drink tickets, or souvenir cup. General Admission- Gains you access to the event only, food and drink tickets will need to be purchased separately upon arrival. VIP- Gains you access to the event, as well as the CrossRoads Tap room. This will include indoor & patio table seating on a first come first serve basis, as well as table service and an expanded food & drink menu.

Where can I buy tickets?Tickets are only available online. Head to the 'Events" page, or click here to purchase.

What is your refund/ transfer policy?All sales are final, no refunds available including if the headlining acts and/or supporting acts cancel. Refunds will only be issued if the show is canceled entirely. Tickets may be transferable as per Eventbrite's policy.

Where should I park?Your best options will be: Plaza Parkade- Corner of 5th & Queesnway George St & Queesway lot- Located beside the Parkhouse Condos, behind Plaza Parkade Civic Plaza Lot- Corner of 7th & Dominion, across from new Canfor Leisure Pool Entrances will be located on George St at the front of the Ramada Hotel, and on 5th Ave in front of the Prince George Indigenous Justice Centre.

Do I need to bring ID?Event is 19+, so ID will be checked for those appearing 30 & under. If attendee is unable to present two legal forms of ID, entrance will not be permitted.

Bag/ Outdoor Item/ Food & Drink PolicySmall bags/purses only, no backpacks permitted. All bags are subject to search. We would prefer attendees to bring rain ponchos as opposed to umbrellas. No outdoor food or drink permitted, however empty reusable water bottles are welcome an can be filled with water within. All food and drink can be purchased through tickets and is provided by CrossRoads, with vegetarian options available.

Can I leave and re-enter the event?Yes, festival guests may exit and re-enter. There will be no re-entry to the site one hour before the end of the show (10:30 pm).

Are cameras allowed?For the convenience of festival goers, large cameras are not allowed with the exception of cell phone devices and point & shoot cameras.

Are dogs allowed?Unfortunately no furry friends allowed, with the exception of service animals.

Will there be a daytime event/vendors like previous years?No. This year will be the night time event only, with no vendors on site. We hope to bring back the daytime portion for next year!

Why am I being charged more than the advertised ticket price?Tickets are sold through an online retailer which charges their own service & processing fees, in addition to a 5% GST tax.

Do I need to bring cash?We will be accepting Debit/Cedit payments, as well as cash. There is no ATM available on site.

What will the food & drink options be like?The menu has not been set yet, but we will do our best to offer a wide variety of food & drink. All food will either be made by CrossRoads or locally sourced- this includes vegetarian, gluten free, non-beer, and non alcoholic options. Feel free to send us a message over social media closer to the event date for updated info.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all Federal, Provincial, and Local laws, ordinances, regulations, and rules of the event organizers when attending the event.

All attendees must adhere to the guidelines set out by Federal, Provincial, and Local government organizations and the event organizers – no exceptions. Guidelines are subject to change based on the Federal, Provincial, and Local governments and our guidelines are subject to change alongside.

All pass types are non-shareable and can only be used by a single person.

Please be aware this is a 19+ event, and 2 pieces of valid ID (one government-issued) must be presented to gain entry.
