KITCHEN

We source fresh local ingredients to create simple yet flavourful dishes that are a handcrafted artisan experience.

Our primary cooking occurs in an Italian wood-fired oven. We make local food that complements our local beer. Our casual menu features a variety of snacks, starters, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, gnocchi, mains and desserts to suit all tastes. We also collaborate with our brewers to fuse menu items with our beer and brewing ingredients. All our bread, crackers and pretzels are baked in house by our own CrossRoads Bakery.

Wayne was born and raised in Prince George. He graduated from the local culinary program and for a decade was part-owner of a popular local restaurant and catering business. After a brief stint at a local restaurant, he joined CrossRoads to lead the culinary team. He’s thrilled to source local ingredients and develop dishes that leverage our brewery and wood-fired oven. His menu features food items paired especially well with our handcrafted beer.
