KITCHEN

We source fresh local ingredients to create simple yet flavourful dishes that are a handcrafted artisan experience.

Our primary cooking occurs in an Italian wood-fired oven. We make local food that complements our local beer. Our casual menu features a variety of snacks, starters, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, gnocchi, mains and desserts to suit all tastes. We also collaborate with our brewers to fuse menu items with our beer and brewing ingredients. All our bread, crackers and pretzels are baked in house by our own CrossRoads Bakery.
