KITCHEN

We source fresh local ingredients to create simple yet flavourful dishes that are a handcrafted artisan experience.

The primary cooking occurs in our Italian wood-fired oven. Our food complements our beer. The casual menu features a selection of snacks, starters, soups, salads, pizzas, pasta, sandwiches (lunch) and entrees (dinner, coming soon) to suit all tastes. We also collaborate with our brewers, fusing some menu items with our beer and brewing ingredients.

Wayne was born and raised in Prince George. He graduated from the local culinary program and for a decade was part-owner of a popular local restaurant and catering business. After a brief stint at a local restaurant, he joined CrossRoads to lead the culinary team. He’s thrilled to be setting up the kitchen and developing dishes from the wood-fired oven. The menu features items everyone will enjoy, especially those drinking our handcrafted beers.
