The primary cooking occurs in our Italian wood-fired oven. Our food complements our beer. The casual menu features a selection of snacks, starters, soups, salads, pizzas, pasta, sandwiches (lunch) and entrees (dinner, coming soon) to suit all tastes. We also collaborate with our brewers, fusing some menu items with our beer and brewing ingredients.
